With over 25 years in hospitality management, Massimo Giannetti serves as General Manager of Trattoria Nicola’s.  A native of Rome, Italy, Mr. Giannetti has held management positions at highly regarded establishments throughout the United States including Spezie restaurant and La Tomate in Washington D.C.
